NFS can offer very special rates at our main conference hotel, Radisson Blu Scandinavia, in addition
to Scandic Hotel, Holbergsplass, both perfectly located in the heart of Oslo City and close to public transport.
All our meetings will take place at Radisson Blu Scandinavia.

Modern furnishing and design are featured in each room at Radisson Blu Scandinavia, Oslo. All rooms have a flat-screen TV, fridge, along with a desk and safe. Rooms on higher floors offer views over the city and fjord. The on-site 26 North Restaurant Social Club offers a menu inspired by the fjords, farms, and forests of Norway. Local trams and an airport shuttle bus stop right outside the hotel. The main shopping street, Karl Johans Gate, and the Nationaltheatret train station are both within walking distance.

Scandic Hotel Holbergsplass

Scandic Hotel Holbergsplass is located in the heart of Oslo, 500 metres from the Royal Palace. It offers nice decorated rooms with LCD TVs and free wi-fi. The modern rooms at Scandic Holberg feature minimalist Scandinavian décor. Each room comes with a minibar, trouser press and a hairdryer. The Karl Johans Gate shopping street and the National Gallery are within 5 minutes' walk. Nationaltheatret Station, with express rail links to Oslo Airport Gardermoen, is 500 metres away.

Scandic Hotel Holbergsplass is only 2 minutes walking distance from the main conference venue, Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel.

Reservation and cancellation conditions for both hotels

• Check in from 15:00 and check out at 12:00 noon latest.
• We can guarantee available rooms and we offer special rates up until 28th June.
  From 29th June all rooms are on request and contracted rates are no longer available.
  Please keep in mind that the month of August is a high season.
• Cancellations from 15th June will be refunded with 50% of the accommodation costs.
• Cancellations from 15th July, will not be refunded.
