Registration

The deadline to qualify for the lowest fee, Early Bird, is latest 30th April. From 1st May there is a major increase in fees.

Please check your antivirus and firewall settings if you have problems in opening the registration link.
We advise to use Chrome, Firefox or Safari and to avoid Internet Explorer.

What is included in the registration fee?

  • Admission to the scientific sessions, poster sessions and industry symposium and admission to the exhibition area
  • The fee also includes congress material, coffee breaks with refreshments and lunch during the 3-day conference
     
What is NOT included in the registration fee?
  • Admission to Get-Together on Thursday 15 August (NOK 200)
  • Admission to Conference Dinner Friday 15 August (NOK 300)
If you would like to participate in these events, you must sign up and pay for them separately during the registration process.

Cancellation policy – all fees

  • Cancellation should be notified in writing by e-mail to: nfs2024@cic.no

  • Cancellation received before 15th June, a cancellation fee of 2000,- NOK will apply

  • Cancellation received after 15th June, 50% refund is offered

  • Cancellation received after 15th July, no refund is offered


In the event of government-imposed band on carrying out the conference due to the covid situation, you will be reimbursed 100% less 600,- NOK. Please ensure you have a valid insurance covering a pandemic situation.
